Surge’s award-winning team of marketing and creative professionals is lead by Brahndi Asadi and Connie Guess. Both Brahndi and Connie have almost 30 years combined experience as business owners, creative directors, art directors and designers on both the agency and client sides.

Originally from Minneapolis, Brahndi got her design degree and moved to Atlanta to escape the cold. Here she proved herself to be a passionate, results-driven creative professional with the expertise to translate business requirements into creative solutions.  Her diverse background includes creative direction, art direction and design, project management, print production, and client relations. With over 15 years experience, her work is defined by design solutions that evolve from a clear understanding of the clients’ needs.

After receiving her BFA from Auburn University, Connie has worked with clients ranging from small businesses to fortune 500 companies. Her goal is to not only meet but exceed every clients expectations. With over 12 years experience, Connie’s strength is not only in creative concepting but also in precise execution. Her experience includes creative direction, art direction and design along with project management. The foundation of Connie’s business philosophy is the idea that every day she wakes up ready to earn her clients business.
